I have eaten here many times in the past - sadly they have changed point system to an app and all our saved points are lost. No help from managers - customer loyalty program needs improvement! Not feeling very loyal anymore...

Been a while since last here. They had no "make your own" bags to pick your sandwich. Said I didn't need it just use another bag. Found one that fit my order. Got the sandwich with nothing I requested on it. They readily corrected the problem with a new sandwich. Previous visits had been perfect and in the end I got weekday I wanted and it tasted great. Tastier than most sub shops but slightly smaller regular size than at some others.

They're pricey, but sandwiches are good.

Ordered the Turkey Club, there was hardly any turkey on the sandwich at all couldn't even taste the turkey and only two small strips of bacon. Mostly all filler, lettuce etc. cost $9 for a lettuce sandwich. I won't go back to this place ever.

R-I-P O-F-F !! Very average sandwiches - VERY HIGH PRICE. 2 kids (small) 1 adult (med) sandwiches - 3 shakes: $40. Frozen meat that was bad tasting. Told them to throw away the second half of my sandwich to 'reheat' since the meat was partially frozen in my Ruben. Kids sandwiches were 'ok' at best. Didn't bother to offer me a refund like the President proclaims.

Really good sandwiches! You can customize it with lots of options! Easy parking. Hot or cold sandwiches, same price. Eat there or get it to go.

Awesome place! Friendly people and neat way to customize your sandwich. Very delicious and to top it off, crushed ice for fountain drinks! Had an Italian with their olive salad spread.

Make sure you have an empty stomach if you plan to tackle The Wicked, it's a crazy sub with 5 different meats and three cheeses, it's simply mad, but great!

We enjoyed our lunch, and the sandwiches were good. The bread was fresh and crispy on the outside, and the inside the vegetables were fresh and crisp. Everything was made to order just as we were requested, my only issue was that it was a bit expensive. Two sandwiches chips and drinks were about $26 for two people. Definitely a step up from Subway but a little bit pricey for what you received.

I love this place. I stumbled upon it. It's in a small strip mall. Unassuming. Little did I know it's a chain and it's delicious!! I've been twice and somehow ordered the same thing. I will be back!

Was skeptical at first. Not anymore! One of the top sandwich shops in Charlotte if you are looking for specialty sandwiches.

I had the Reuben sandwich, which for fast food place was pretty good. The bread was toasted like it should have been, and the meat was plentiful.

They made my sandwich perfectly and I did not have to wait long. I had the krab salad sandwich. Very good.

You get what you pay for! This place is a bit pricey but in return you received a master piece of a sandwich.

This a very clean place with a fast service the food is very good and the staff is very reliable. I eat here at least ounce a week. Always satisfied with my service.

I've eaten here many times (usually Philly or another classic sandwhich/cold. This past time I tried the so called Bon Mi (Vietnamese) it was not good. I've had 100 different Bon Mi sandwhiches from various legit Vietnamese restaurants and this was not even close..the sauce was nasty w some mayo mixed w something weird. No fish sauce or hot/vinegar as with all others. The meat was seasoned weird and had no similarity to a Bin Mi. I was actually slightly disgusted which is VERY rare as I'm not too picky and love good food and mediocre food often too. Never order this and you'll live longer.

It was fun coming in and filling in bubbles describing how I want my sub. The Reuben was absolutely delicious.

First time ever going to a Which Wich and it was very good.

I've not had a bad experience here since I learned about it several years ago. It consistently has been quick and ideal for a change in your lunch experience, whether you're solo, with the family, or buying your team at work.

Great stop on a busy Saturday. Menu has been changed to accommodate health concerns. Spinach wrap with quinoa was great. Inside and outside seating.

Drove here twice in the past two weeks amd it has been closed. With a sign that says "sorry we're closed" with no explanation on why or if/when they will be open again.

First time eating with this chain. Great options for your sandwich. The roll was soft and flaky. I had the meatball. To pick a nit I would have liked some more sauce on it but otherwise the sandwich was great. I'll just ask for extra next time. Service was very good and my food was ready quickly. Will definitely recommend.

I don't understand all the 4 and 5 star ratings. The Philly cheese steak is dry and crumbly frozen meat with no cheese and uncooked onions and peppers. My wife got a buffalo chicken wrap and it was so bad that neither of us would eat more than a bite. If I hadn't picked it up and brought it home I would have demanded my money back and gone elsewhere. NOTHING superior about these sandwiches. And way overpriced.

The food was great and the service was wonderful. We were welcomed and introduced to the menu in a pleasant manner. The crushed ice was the cherry on top of the cake. Will definitely be coming back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A kiddie changing station in mens bathroom too! Kudos! And my kids love it here!
